At The Scheming Cookie, we make our dough on Wednesday, bake on Thursday, and ship on Friday.

Orders must be placed before our Tuesday countdown ends to ship that Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff will ship the following Friday. Please check the countdown on our website when ordering.

Shipping & Delivery

Friday is your shipment date, not your delivery date. Delivery timing depends on your destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated transit times begin after your order ships and do not include the time spent waiting for your scheduled baking day.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible so we can help before your package ships.

No Returns

Because our cookies are perishable food products, we do not accept returns. Please do not mail cookies back to us.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos when applicable. We’ll work with you to make it right, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation. You do not need to return your cookies to receive help under our satisfaction guarantee.
